Hey guys! So like i've been really busy lately & when im busy that usually means im spending money on movies, food & basically any form of entertainment. Alot of my money went towards basketball games. I never realized how interesting watching a basketball game could be...well if your team is winning & you get to watch your boyfriend & point out the other hot guys :] You see thats why i haven't been spending money on makeup. Heres my tiny collective haul.

To me this liquid foundation is way better than Cover Girl TruBlend. I got a slightly darker color than my skin tone because spring is approaching well in Florida it is. & i need to start tanning for prom. + this makeup is oil free. The only negative thing i can say about this, is it does not have a pump. But thats what cosmetic sponges are for. I found a really big bag for 3 dollars at Walgreens. So i would check your local Walgreens while this deal lasts.

& of course i had to get the matching powder, this is also in natural buff N3, unlike some makeup companies where you have to pick a similar color. If you only use foundation I highly reccomend you get a matching powder. Powders keep your face matte & are really easy to do touch ups through out the day.

Really cool compact because both sides flip out. & it comes with a cosmetic round sponge.

N.Y.C Eye 2 Eye Color & Contour Shadows in chocolate kiss. I love this eyeshadow duo so much!! Its a very neutral shadow. Its very pigmented for a cheap eye shadow. Its very small so you can throw it in your purse & not have to worry about the space factor or losing it.

I Really did not expect the brush side to be as soft as it is.

Yes to Carrots C me Smile Lip Butters in Berry & Mint.

Gizmo told me about the coupon you could get off the website so i did it. This brand has numerous products NOT just chapsticks i was just to cheap 7 didnt wanna spend alot of money.

They come on very smooth & make my lips feel very soft. IDK what Gizmo is talking about becuase they last on my lips for quite a while. Everything from this brand is organic :]

Maybelline New York The Colossal Volum' Express mascara in Glam Black. This mascara is just like Cover Girls Lash Blast. Your not missing out on anything if you have either one.

Pro:

- Makes your eyelashes thick & fuller

- Alot of product

- Really cute packaging

Con:

-its a little hard to get in the corners of your eyes

Before; my eye completly bare

After; no primer or curling

This mascara or Lash Blast is a must have in everyone's collection!

Loreal Paris HIP Color Truth eyeliner in green. I decided to get this one in a green because i already have way to many black eyeliners.

Pro:

-it last a good amount of time

-the color you see is what you get

-this color enhances my green eyes

Con:

-nothing!!

Weekend Haul Again

Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash. I believe I paid $6.24 for this at Walgreens. I got a little irked after seeing this for $4.79 at Target -_-. I've been using little mini sample sizes for the past week morning and night and I really like it! Its made me a little dry its been amazing at keeping me from getting oily during the day. The bad thing is it smells like plastic.




Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Cream Foundation in Light Nude. $2.39 at Walgreens!!! I've used this before and I also like it. Its a notch below Revlon ColorStay. Theres not that many shades to pick from, but if youre looking for a cheap foundation with good coverage this is it. Its not even really like cream. I would call it liquid. The color I picked isnt an exact match for me but its close enough. It has a tad bit too many yellow undertones for me but that can be evened out with my everyday minerals :X


Yes to Carrots Lip Butters. I have been dying to try these out!!! They are $3.79 each at Walgreens but if you go to yestocarrots.com and sign up they will email you a coupon for buy one get one free on any of their products! I picked up melon and carrot flavor lip balm. Melon smells amazzzing. Its like bubble yum. Watermelon Bubble Yum. I also picked up carrots and I have no idea what I was thinking. It smells exactly like lemon grass. I don't smell any carrots at all. They make your lips super super soft but they dont seem to stay on my lips that long.


Sally Girl eyeshadow in Purple Haze. 99 cents. Great pigmentation and little little microscope bits of glitter. These are the best cheapest shadows out there!



Wet & Wild Mega Eyes in Egyptian Sands. These colors are soo pretty! Theyre all shimmery. None are matte. This trio cost me $2.99 at Walgreens. I'm not sure if they should be used all at the same time since theyre also frosty but they still look beautiful and have good color. I love the middle color. These would be good for a neutral everyday look.



Face Secrets Sponges. I dont know why i bought this either. It was $1.99 and it is supposed to be used with your face wash or scrub to help really really remove dirt and grime from your face. I just used this earlier and its pretty harsh on the face. It almost hurts. I dont think I'll be buying these again despite how soft my face feels after.

I also picked up two Wet & Wild nail polishes for $1.99 each. One is just a clear glossy coat so the color doesn't chip as easily, and the other is a coral/pink color called Outrageous.

This is without curling my eyelashes or primer. Only one coat of mascara! I got the one for green eyes and i think its working? Raisin quartz, is a dark plum color, its supposed to make green eyes pop.

-Maybelline Shinylicious in caramella (hardly any color comes on, its really just a sheer tinted gloss)

-WonderFull Lip Plumping Gloss **(my favorite lip product out of this haul. it has a slight scent of cinnamon. i don't feel like it really plumps my lips, but i love the color. it has a long lasting power & stains your lips. Its not sticky at all in my opinion.)**

Rimmel Cool Matte 16Hr Mousse foundation in 101 porcelain

I've worn this twice and i cant say i really like this. Its okay that's about it. For being the second lightest color, i don't know why its so orangy..its name is deceiving. Also it has a scent to it, i can't really name the scent, but after i put it on my face i can't smell it. I'm pretty sure it doesn't last 16 hours either.

overall I'd give this foundation a 2:5

I have no self control :(

I told myself I wouldn't buy anymore makeup that wasn't on my wish list (which is about 10 things) and i caved. This is probably because once I get into Walgreens and see those little orange tags I get so excited and give in haha.

Prestige glitter liner. It has a tiny brush applicator. (im not good with those!) I have no idea why I bought this. I think it was the $1.59 price tag.

Jane Blush in Blushing Earth Sheer. $3.79 at Walgreens. Such a pretty coral pink with subtle shimmer.




Maybelline Blush in Rose Silk. $1.76 at KMart. Ive seen these on sale everywhere and finally realized it was because they changed the packaging to black which I saw at WalMart. Its a pretty pink with some minor shimmer. I seriously need to lay off the blushes.

I also bought two Prestige Wonderfull Lip Plumper for $1.59 each at Walgreens. I like these a lot. They have a little bit of sparkle in them and they have a nice semi tingly feeling that isnt overwhelming. Although I cant say my lips look any bigger. The pink color is called Chic and the brownish one is called Lavish. Even if they dont plump my lips they are still my favorite lip glosses because of the minor stickiness.


Eyebrow Shapers. $2.38 (i think) at WalMart. I am soooooo lazy when it comes to eyebrows and I hate plucking with a passion. Not only does it take too long but it kinda hurts. I also dont feel like spending $10 each week to wax them, nor do i trust myself enough to wax them. These things are okay. I know some of you may be scared youll mess up and shave off half your eyebrow but I'll tell you now that wont happen with this. Yes its a razor but its very tiny. It also doesnt cut off the hair on the first swipe which is a good thing in case you do hit the wrong spot. Its really good for getting those stray hairs above your eyebrow and underneath, not the really close ones to your normal shape if you get me. They actually dont pick up every hair and you need to go back tweeze buts its only a couple annoying hairs, so still a good buy. Plus they come with little caps so you can throw this in your purse.

Sally Girl eyeshadows. 99 cents at Sally Beauty Supply. I picked up Eggplant, Bark and Soft Pink. Well I actually already had Soft Pink but i thought Id include it to show you a greaaat tutorial using these eyeshadows.

Yeah she used Purple Haze but my Sallys didnt have that so i had to substitute. Mines a tad bit darker. These shadows are really great for 99 cents. They even connect together to make your own little compacts.

Mint Julep Masque

Hey guys! So if you haven't heard all the buzz about the Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque, im gonna tell you. I had to find out for my self. Its priced at $3.79 at Walgreens. Its very cheap for the great results i got.

It claims to:

help dry up acne pimples, rinse away blackheads & shrink enlarged pores.

I've been using this about twice a week for the past 3 weeks, and i've noticed a huge change in my skin. I always had a problem with tiny blackheads showing up around my nose. After using it ONCE i could literally see a difference and now i hardly have any left.

Before applying to face remember to take all of your makeup off, or it wouldn't be doing you any good. CAUTION: The mint julep masque has a tingly feeling. If burts bees chapstick bothers you, you might not want to use this. However, i feel like the minty tingly feeling leaves your face feeling flawless after.

This is a really big sized bottle for your buck. Its 8oz.
*the only draw back to this product is that its kind of hard to squeeze out. So what i do is squeeze a good size amount into my hand before i apply it onto my face. Then i dont have to worry about getting any on the container. *
